General Information and Policies

  • Cleaning

    Rooms are checked and supplies are replenished daily.  If you want fresh towels, please leave them on the floor, and the cleaning staff will replace them.  A complete room clean will be done once a week, including fresh sheets, for guests staying longer than one week

  • Check Out

    Check-out time is by 11 a.m., unless late check-out has been approved 1 day in advance.

  • Be Thoughtful

    Quiet Time is observed from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. Loud, obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Smoking

    All of our rooms are smoke-free ($200 charge and immediate expulsion from the room), and we offer 2 designated smoking areas for those who wish to smoke outside.

  • Damage Fees

    Any excessive cleaning charges, room damages, smoking in the rooms, or missing items will be added to your account and charged to your credit card. Guests are responsible for washing their dishes and keeping the kitchen clean; otherwise, a $20 per day cleaning fee will be applied. If your dog makes a mess beyond normal expectations, additional charges will be incurred to cover extra cleaning services.

  • Pets

    Pets are allowed in certain rooms and must be arranged with the hotel manager in advance. Additional fees and rules apply.

Cancellation Policies

  • We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please reach out if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

  • Group reservations of 3 or more rooms will be charged 30 days in advance. Group reservations of 10 or more will be charged 60 days in advance, both with no refunds given.
