All of our rooms have private bathrooms and are equipped with coffee makers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, cable T.V., phones and central air cooling. Standard Efficiency Rooms:
These cozy, one or two person rooms come equipped with a full-size bed, private bathroom, sitting area, coffee-maker, microwave, small refrigerator, cable T.V., phone and central air cooling. Our most reasonable rooms, they are the best choice for the budget minded traveler, yet pleasing to the more discriminating traveler. Comfortable outdoor seating next to flower beds with views of Mt. Lamborn and Land’s End. Single Occupancy - $65/ Double Occupancy - $75. Prices do not include sales and lodging tax.
Multi-Bed Suites:
Our spacious Multi-Bed Suites, some with separate bedrooms, offer lots of room for your friends or family to share your get away. These rooms have either a king bed and a queen bed with an additional full or twin bed and all have private bathrooms. Most are equipped with full kitchens including a sink, stove, refrigerator, kitchen table and chairs, microwave, coffee-maker, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. And, of course, these rooms have central air cooling, cable T.V., phones and access to wireless internet. Single Occupancy - $110-$130, depending on the size of the Suite / $10 extra for each additional person. Prices dependent on the size of the room and the size of the beds in each of the rooms and do not include sales and lodging tax.
Studio Apartments on Private Landscaped Courtyard:
These lovely studio apartments have queen-size beds, cable T.V., phones, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchens, including dishwashers, and private bathrooms with a combined shower and bathtub. All of the kitchens have dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware and utensils. Enjoy in-floor radiant heat during the winter and central air cooling during the summer. Each apartment overlooks our beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a water fountain, a hammock and lots of private sitting or outdoor dining areas for your enjoyment. Single Occupancy - $85/ Double Occupancy - $95. Prices do not include sales and lodging tax.
Our Private King Bed Apartment:
Discreetly set apart from all the other rooms, enjoy everything you need in this nicely remodeled studio apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower, sitting and dining area and lots of privacy. Cable T.V., Phone, Wireless Internet and a lovely, new king size bed. Overlooks the landscaped courtyard with lots of private sitting or outdoor dining areas. Single Occupancy - $110/ Double Occupancy - $120.
Other king bed rooms available and we have a Multi-Bed Suite with a king bed and a queen bed at $130 Single Occupancy/$140 - Double Occupancy. Prices do not include sales and lodging tax.
